Per-mailbox figures are typical entry business-plan rates and change over time; totals are those rates times seat count. Grace Mail Managed is billed per server, not per seat - only storage scales, so the more people you add, the wider the gap.

No Scanning, No AI Training
Your messages are not training data. They are not scanned for ad targeting. Mail stays a private channel between sender and recipient.

How long does setup take?
Small migrations often land within days once we have DNS access. Larger setups run on a planned cutover schedule with explicit rollback checkpoints, so the move is reversible until you're confident everything works.
Is there a per-mailbox fee?
No. The instance is yours. Add as many mailboxes and domains inside as your team needs - we charge for the server, not for who's using it. Storage is the only physical limit, and it can be expanded.
Can we add multiple domains?
Yes. We map primary and satellite domains during onboarding and document which mailboxes answer which addresses. Add or remove domains any time after - it's your server.
What if we outgrow the initial setup?
Storage and performance scale with you. We size the VPS during discovery, monitor usage, and expand capacity when you need it. No penalty for growth - just a conversation about what you need next.
Where does the server actually live?
EU by default. We can deploy elsewhere if there's a real reason - American business with American users, regional compliance requirements, latency considerations. Your call, with our recommendation based on your specifics.
How do you handle deliverability?
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured during setup. Bounce queues monitored. Reputation tracked. When a major provider's filtering changes, we notice and adjust before users see the impact.
What happens if we leave?
You take your mail with you. Standard formats - .eml exports, IMAP transfer to wherever you're going next, DNS handover instructions. No proprietary lock-in, no hostage tactics. We help you leave properly because that's the relationship we want to have.
