GRACE

Software the Way We Build It

Grace is LINK-V's product line — email, a development workbench, and company operations software, all shaped by the same engineering principles. Built by people who run software in production, sold under terms that respect ownership.

Why Grace Exists as a Family

Shared Engineering Principles

Every Grace product follows the same approach: clear ownership, plain interfaces, real human accountability. Mail, Engine, and Manager share the same visual language and design system — different products that feel built by the same hand, because they are.

EU-Based by Default

Products are operated by Profit Visions s.r.o. in Prague. Real legal entity, real address, designed for GDPR compliance from the ground up. When client situations call for hosting elsewhere, that's an option — but EU is the starting point.

Options, Not Forced Subscriptions

Grace Engine and Grace Manager target perpetual licenses with optional update subscriptions. Grace Mail offers managed service or self-hosted licensing. The philosophy: you bought it, it's yours.

Built by the Team That Runs It

Every Grace product is built and maintained by the same engineering team at LINK-V. The people who write the code are the people who answer the support email. The continuity is the whole point.

FAQ

How do Mail, Engine, and Manager differ?

Grace Mail is email infrastructure for businesses and technical teams. Grace Engine is a development workbench for people who ship production software. Grace Manager is company operations software for owner-operators and small teams. Three different products, one set of engineering principles.

How do I start using a Grace product?

Visit the product page for Mail, Engine, or Manager. Grace Mail will offer managed service and self-hosted licensing at launch. Grace Engine and Grace Manager are collecting waitlist signups while the public versions are in development.

What's the relationship between Grace and Timeless?

Timeless projects run on Grace internally — the admin tooling, content model, and hosting patterns come from the Grace engineering work. Timeless clients don't need to buy Grace products separately; the Grace foundation is part of what makes Timeless possible. Grace products as standalone purchases are for buyers who want the technology directly.

Are there other Grace products coming?

The current public line is Mail, Engine, and Manager. Other product directions exist in our long-term thinking, but we ship what we can stand behind — current focus is making the three named products excellent before announcing more.

Where can I follow Grace product updates?

The Updates section tracks version-level changes across the Grace line. Articles covers longer-form writing on Grace product thinking, technical decisions, and behind-the-scenes work.
