Grace Mail

Email That Belongs to You

Grace Mail is a complete email server you own - not a tenant slot in someone else's infrastructure. One instance, your mailboxes, your domain, your data. Run it yourself or let us manage a dedicated server for you. No per-mailbox pricing, no AI training on your messages, no scanning for ad models.

How It Compares

Microsoft, Google and Proton all run your mail on their infrastructure and charge per person. Grace Mail is one flat server fee, no matter how many people use it - and the only option you can fully own. Here is how the numbers and the privacy stack up.

Per-mailbox figures are typical entry business-plan rates and change over time; totals are those rates times seat count. Grace Mail is billed per server, not per seat - only storage scales, so the more people you add, the wider the gap.

A typical email provider can read every message you send and receive. With Grace Mail, nobody can.

Email Without the Big Tech Catch

Your Server, Your Mail

Grace Mail runs as a dedicated instance - not a slot in shared infrastructure. Your domain, your mailboxes, your storage, your decisions. Whatever email volume your team produces stays inside your own server.

No AI Training, No Scanning

Your messages are not training data. They are not scanned for ad targeting. They are not analyzed for product recommendations. Mail is a private channel and Grace Mail treats it that way.

One Accountable Person

Tom J. is the named operator behind Grace Mail. Email or call when something matters. No support tier upgrades, no escalation queues, no AI chatbot intercepting the conversation.

No Forced Subscription

Buy a license and run it forever. Optional update subscriptions for ongoing patches, never required to keep what you already paid for working. You bought it. It's yours.

Built on the Grace Stack

Grace Mail is part of the Grace product family - LINK-V's own infrastructure, refined since 2014. The same engineering principles that power every Timeless client project.

Standards-Based, Not Locked In

IMAP, SMTP, modern TLS. Your mail clients work the way they always have. Migration in or out follows industry-standard formats.

Deliverability Tooling Built In

SPF, DKIM, DMARC validation. Bounce handling. Reputation monitoring. The plumbing that makes mail actually arrive, integrated rather than bolted on.

EU-Based Operation

Grace Mail is built and operated by Profit Visions s.r.o. - a registered Czech company. GDPR by design, not retrofit. When we manage the server, it's in the EU by default. When you self-host, the location is yours to choose.

FAQ

Is Grace Mail a service I subscribe to or software I buy?

Both options exist, your call. On Managed, we run a dedicated VPS for you and you pay for that operation. On Self-hosted, you buy the license and run it on your own hardware. Either way, it's your email server with your mailboxes - never a slot in a shared infrastructure.

What's the difference between Managed and Self-hosted?

Managed: we provision a VPS, deploy Grace Mail, handle migrations, watch deliverability, take support calls.
Self-hosted: you control the deployment, the hardware, the operations.
Same software underneath. Different operational model. Pick based on whether you'd rather pay or operate.

Can you migrate us off Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

Yes, on Managed. We plan the cutover, sync mailboxes, validate DNS, and keep rollback paths explicit so the move is reversible until you're confident. Self-hosted buyers receive migration documentation.

Where does my mail actually live?

On Managed, on a server instance we operate for you specifically. On Self-hosted, wherever you deploy it.

Is there a per-mailbox limit?

No. The instance is yours - put as many mailboxes and domains inside as your team needs. Storage is the only physical limit, and it can be expanded when you need more.

How is deliverability handled?

Grace Mail ships with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration helpers, automatic bounce handling, and reputation monitoring hooks. Detail pages cover specifics.

What happens if I want to leave?

You take your mail with you. Standard formats, no proprietary lock-in. On Self-hosted, you already have everything.
