What's the difference between Timeless Web and Timeless App?
Web is for projects that live in a browser - websites, web applications, e-commerce, content platforms, internal admin tools accessed via web. App is for projects that live as installed software - native mobile apps, desktop applications, customer-facing or internal. Same model, same long-term care, different platforms. If your project lives on both, we run them together as one Timeless engagement.
Is Timeless a subscription or a project?
A subscription, end to end. The monthly fee starts at the contract - no upfront build cost, no separate launch invoice. Through the build phase, the launch, the years of care after, and the redesigns every two years. One predictable payment, the same number every month. Twelve-month minimum, then month-to-month. After the first year, you can leave any time.
Who is Timeless for?

Timeless handles the full range from a brochure site to a content platform with thousands of users. Genuinely large custom systems - comparison engines, multi-tenant platforms, full SaaS products - are typically Custom engagements rather than Timeless. We have a conversation when the line gets crossed. Either way, the work stays with us.
