Invoicing and Mail
Invoices, reminders, and operational mail share the same source of truth. Totals match what's in the records because they come from the records.

Contracts, assets, and cash snapshots - searchable, organized, EU-hosted alongside the rest of the Grace stack.
APIs Already Powering Production
The Grace Manager APIs feed every Timeless client project today. The infrastructure works at production load - what's being added is the user-facing surface for general access.

When does Grace Manager ship publicly?
Active development on multi-user workspaces, billing isolation, and the polish required for software others depend on. Waitlist members get dated status updates and early invites when the public beta meets our own production bar.
What is it like to use today?
Internally, it feels like a fast admin console - keyboard-first, instant search, very few modal chains, the data model that years of running a software studio has shaped. Public UX work calms some of the edges, but the underlying system is the one we already trust.
Can we migrate from QuickBooks, Notion, or Asana?
Yes, with a scoped import plan. We map entities first, run parallel operation for a few weeks, then cut over once balances match. Grace Manager exposes the same export paths it uses for imports - you're never locked in.
How will Grace Manager be priced?
Same philosophy as Grace Engine: perpetual license for a major version plus optional update subscription. What you buy stays yours. Specific numbers will be announced before public launch.
Is data exportable?
Yes. Every module ships with CSV and API export paths. We use those exports ourselves regularly, which is how we know they work.
How does Grace Manager relate to Grace Mail?
Mail and Manager share authentication and storage policy inside Grace, but they're separate products. Mail focuses on email - inboxes, deliverability, the mail-server side. Manager handles the rest of company operations. Adopt either independently. Together they remove most context switching.
