Grace AI Managed, Business

One AI Agent, Your Whole Team

A dedicated Grace AI instance for a team, run by us and built so people can work side by side without overwriting each other. Priced per instance, not per seat: add the people you need. Higher plans bring stronger hardware, larger token allowances, and faster support.

Grace AI Managed, Business

Most AI agents hand your passwords and keys straight to the LLM. Grace AI keeps them in Vault, where the agent can use a secret without ever seeing it.

What Comes With Your Instance

Per Instance, Not Per Seat

You pay for the instance, not for headcount. Put the people who need it on it. The plan you choose reflects the hardware and token volume your team uses, not how many names you add.

Built for Collaboration

Separate workspaces and access boundaries keep people from overwriting each other's work. Multiple users on one instance, without the chaos of everyone editing the same thing at once.

Your Keys or Ours

Use the token allowance in your plan, or connect the team's own LLM keys and pay the provider directly. Switch in settings. Keys stay in Vault, the agent uses them without the secret reaching the LLM.

Stronger Hardware on Demand

Higher plans run on more capable infrastructure for heavier, longer, more concurrent work. If your team grows into it, the instance grows with it.

Operations Handled

Backups, patches, monitoring, restoration tests, all run for you. The runtime care your team should never have to schedule around.

Privacy By Default

Your instance runs in the EU unless your situation clearly calls for another region. GDPR is a design constraint here, not a line in the footer.

Vault for Your Secrets

Your team's passwords, keys, and other secrets live in Vault, with per-workspace access. The agent acts through them on the team's behalf, the secret never reaches the LLM. You decide what goes in.

No Training on Your Work

Your team's tasks and files are not Grace AI training data. When you bring your own LLM keys, only that provider's terms apply to those calls.

A Named Operator

Tom J. is the accountable person behind Grace AI. A real company, a real name, reachable directly. No ticket tiers, no chatbot gate between you and the person who runs it.

Pricing

Priced per instance, billed monthly. The three plans differ by token allowance, hardware, and support level, not by how many people you put on the instance. Bring the team's own LLM keys to pay providers directly, or use the included allowance.

Pricing to be announced at launch.

FAQ

Why per instance instead of per seat?

Because seat counting punishes you for sharing a good tool. You pay for the instance: its hardware and its token volume. Put five people or fifty on it. What changes the plan is how hard the team works the instance, not how many names are on it.

How do you stop people from overwriting each other?

Separate workspaces and access boundaries within the one instance. People collaborate where it makes sense and stay out of each other's way where it does not. The collaboration model is the core difference between Business and Personal.

How do included tokens and our own keys work together?

Run on the team's own LLM keys, on the included allowance, or a mix across tasks, chosen in settings. Vault holds whichever credentials you configure. Grace AI bills the runtime and any included-token usage; your provider bills you separately for key-based usage.

What is the Vault?

Vault is where Grace AI keeps the team's passwords, keys, and other secrets, with per-workspace access. The agent can act on the team's behalf using them without the secret ever reaching the LLM. You decide what goes in. Your files are separate: the LLM works with the files you give it, Grace AI just does not push everything to it automatically.

What differs between the plans?

Token allowance, hardware strength, and support level. The collaboration features and privacy architecture are identical across all three; the higher plans give the instance more room and you faster help.

Where does our data live?

On infrastructure we run for your instance, in the EU by default. A specific region is available when there is a concrete reason for it.

What if we outgrow our plan?

Move up when token volume or concurrency justifies it, or talk to us about a custom instance beyond Operator. The migration is a sizing check, not a penalty.
